Where should I begin? This has been a whirlwind of a year (& a half :-), full of incredible & unexpected memories I will cherish forever! I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to represent my family’s heritage from Trinidad & Tobago with the title of Miss Caribbean US Teen 2023. This opportunity has allowed me to step outside of my comfort zone and grow

in ways I never thought possible by creating amazing new memories.

During my reign I have had the privilege of interacting and inspiring youth to go after their dreams in various environments, and giving back in many ways including distributing gifts at Christmas for less fortunate children at a ‘Brunch with Santa’, participating on a panel it the ‘Girls Can Do Anything’ conference for girl empowerment & the Caribbean ‘Whine-

Up’ for the American Heart Association, and presenting awards for numerous events & organizations including Townsend DE’s Strawberry Festival, the Southern New Jersey Caribbean Association’s Recognition Dinner, and Team Jamaica Bickle’s 62nd

Independence Dinner. I also attended, presented, modeled &/or performed for numerous events which allowed me to share my talents in the areas of dance and modelling with youth including ‘Make Me Pret’tea’ Mom & Me Tea Party, and the Mother’s Day High Tea.

Even though it was an honor being invited to attend & participate in all of these events, I had the most esteemed pleasure to travel to sweet sweet T& T during Carnival and enjoy the true beauty of Trinidad & Tobago. The excitement associated with ‘jumping up’ in Trinidad’s Kiddie Carnival, meeting the wife of Trinidad’s Ambassador, being honored & recognized by the Servol school for differently-abled children, serving as a judge for a youth talent show, & partaking in the beautiful

beaches of Tobago cannot be compared! It was an amazing experience, and I am excited to have been gifted these opportunities!

To my Mom, Dad, Sister, and Brother: Thank you for your constant love, and for supporting me throughout this pageant journey. You’ve helped me with preparation for different events, and you’re always there when I need you. I love you.

To my Familial Support System: You are my inspiration and I love you. Grandma Stephanie, I would like to especially thank you for your unwavering support: from helping with my outfits, to accompanying me to pageant events, and for your ongoing guidance.

To My Sister Queen Sabrine, our lovely Miss Caribbean US Queen, I would like to thank you for being my pageant sister and for your continuous love and help, even with small minor things. I am grateful for our relationship, and sharing this journey with you has been wonderful.

To the Miss Caribbean US Beauty Pageant organization, Thank You for giving me this opportunity. It has been such a great year. To the next Miss Caribbean US Teen: I hope you enjoy your reign and continue to do great things! Stay blessed, I know you will do amazing! See photos below.
